Two kinds of pieces

Ready-made pieces and custom pieces are not treated the same way.

Ready-made pieces

A ready-made piece that is unused, unaltered and still in the condition we sent can be discussed for a return or an exchange. Write to us with your order number and we will tell you what is possible for that order. This page does not set a fixed number of days.

Custom and personalized pieces

Custom, made-to-order and personalized pieces, including initials or a size cut for you, are made for one person. They are not put back into the collection, and a change of mind is not a promised return. If something arrives damaged, or not as we agreed, contact the workshop with your order number and we will look at it with you.
